The family house is located in Dobropoljana on the island of Pasman. There are 2 separate apartments. Ground floor apartment is 85m2 and consists of three bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, toilet, living room with kitchen and two large terraces with a barbecue.
Apartment on first floor has 75m2 and consists of three bedrooms, bathroom with WC, living room with kitchen and two large terraces.
Apartments can be rented separately and can be rented for the entire facility, price is 150EUR per day.
The facility is brand new as well as all kitchen appliances and most furniture.
Both kitchens have an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.
In both apartments are air-conditioning.
The beach is paved and with sand in the sea depth of approximately 1 meter.
